Following the success of our original Gravity carp rods, the team at Sonik have developed something truly special with the NEW Gravity! Months of testing and precision design techniques have resulted in a rod capable of casting extreme distances. The high modulus, low resin carbon blank allows for an extra powerful casting action and features a super fast tip recovery! Additionally, the handle features an Anti-Torsion-Core, which provides more casting power without compromising the action of the rod blank.
The blank has been fitted with ultra-lightweight Seaguide TDG PVD coated DL black guides which further enhance the casting ability of this rod... in the right hands the sky is the limit! Finished in a sleek semi-matt armoured carbon and a slim Japanese shrink wrap handle, the Gravity is in a class of its own. Other features include a seamless welded anti-frap ring and a 17mm DPS reel seat which will fit most modern big pit reels. All models except the two 10ft versions use 50mm guides. There are two 10ft 3lb-3.5lb models, three 12ft 3lb, 3.25lb and 3.5lb tc versions and a 13ft 3.75lb for those looking for absolute distance. A dedicated 12ft Spod/Marker rod is also available.
