New and improved, the new Kinetic Spod Braid is now thinner (0.30mm), stronger and smoother for even greater performance.

This unique, super smooth and extremely strong high performance braided main line has been specifically developed for heavy spodding/spombing without the need for a shock leader. Kinetic Spod Braid resists spodding without the need for higher breaking strain shock leaders.

Kinetic Spod Braid is produced using a superior 8 strand construction which gives a nice round profile and a super smooth finish, ensuring it slides smoothly through rod guides for easier casting and fewer knots or wind knots.

The near zero stretch offers excellent control and helps ensure your spod lands exactly the same distance, every time, so you really are in control of the concentration or distribution of your loose bait.

* Spod Braid has also proven to be extremely popular and effective when used as a shock leader by anglers fishing at extreme range with thinner diameter braided main lines.
